Individual Coaching

If you’re in the process of a career transition, struggling with imposter syndrome, or looking to build professional confidence, the Individual Coaching track is for you. 

At the onset, you will work with a certified professional coach to co-create a personalized plan that perfectly addresses your needs. The first few sessions are dedicated to allowing the coach to really get to know you and understand you on a deeper level. Together, you will work to establish your goals and identify potential roadblocks. At the same time, you’ll start identifying quick wins toward your goals to build momentum and confidence in your ability to take bigger strides to reach your longer-term ambitions. Then, you’ll begin to experiment with strategies and processes you can implement to see which ones work best for you. 

The Coaching Process

  1. Identify: goals, roadblocks, quick wins

  2. Experiment: test out different approaches, get comfortable making bigger strides

  3. Implement: incorporate learnings and build deeper confidence

  4. Sustain: maintain momentum with stronger approaches and a support system in place

It is up to you to define your initial growth areas where you want the most support. That said, you’re not alone! Throughout the process, your coach will provide an objective mirror to support you and identify any blind spots, all the while providing support to help you get into action and maintain momentum and accountability.

Our clients typically start with more frequent/regular sessions (i.e. weekly or bi-weekly) and then transition into monthly check-ins with their coach. This ensures continuous progress. Our number one priority is helping you achieve your career goals, so providing flexibility ensures we do what’s best for you!

 
 

Corporate Engagement & Trainings

Our corporate work can be divided into two subcategories: 

Speaking Engagements & Training Workshops

We produce engaging workshops, lunch & learns, training sessions, and webinars, which are customized for the organizations that bring us in to host them. The primary goal of each event is to drive experiential learning by creating a dynamic, collaborative environment in which our attendees can really gain a firm understanding of the content we present. Participants will leave equipped to identify opportunities to apply what they have learned directly to their professional lives. 

Corporate Partnerships

Our corporate partnerships typically involve longer-term, collaborative partnership with an organization’s leadership or HR team. Taking a top-down approach, we act as both consultants and coaches to help optimize workplace culture and inspire proactivity. In addition to customized workshops, these kinds of relationships also often include individual or group coaching for employees to address key development areas identified by the client partners, the employees, or – more likely – both!
