What We Do

One on One Coaching

We work with motivated professionals who are looking for one-on-one support and a program customized to their specific needs to help them reach their career goals. We are client-led coaches, and while it is up to the client to determine their initial growth areas, the coach provides direction and support to help them get into action, maintain momentum, and create accountability. 

Corporate Engagements & Training

Our corporate work can be divided into two categories: Corporate Engagement & Training Workshops and Corporate Partnerships. The former includes workshops, webinars, and trainings customized for the organization that hosts us. Corporate Partnerships are longer-term collaborative relationships and often involve many of these same elements, while also featuring individual or group coaching for employees.
